A terrific upgrade to make THE BLOCK shine will soon be underway. The improvements will refresh and revamp lobbies and outdoor common areas and upgrade the landscaping and signage for a new, contemporary look.

We will keep you posted on what is planned and each project’s completion. Currently, architects for The Block are developing renderings that we will share with you once they are approved as well as the renovation schedule. As the renovation gets underway, we will post a Progress Meter so that you are completely informed.
